Lilia Garvin is an American illustrator and graphic designer born and raised in the Midwest, with a degree in Illustration and Design from the Illinois Institute of Art. She currently resides in the Bryan/College Station area of Texas, where she works remotely for Mango Publishing Group the fastest-growing independent publisher in America.

During her time working within the publishing industry, Lilia has specialized in the design of children's activity and workbooks. She has internally and externally designed over 20 titles including Civil Rights: Then and Now, the Big Brain Teasers Book for Kids, and The Big Book of Drawing for Kids, and created marketing and social media images for multiple product launches. She has worked with companies such as FranklinCovey, is experienced with products such as the Adobe Suite and Canva, and maintains her love of traditional illustration through watercolor, oil paint, and colored pencil.
